How do you set windows 10 "guest" account to not use a password? Have tried several suggested ways using microsofts usual options but they all seem to require that a password be set up. The guest account is for several people in the organization that do not have emails or a regular computer. I have set the computer up for an Admin and one other password protected account. When setting up the "Guest" account the password option always appear and says there is an error when I leave the fields empty, not just blank.

However, now the problem is that whoever last used the computer is the automatic sign-in option that comes up at power on.

Greg, I think its now working partially anyway. In reply to fredSG's post on December 10, OK, now after 5 or more reboots almost everything seems to be working. This site in other languages x.

Yes bring back the old guest account. Why do you continue to NOT provide the. Would make life much easier. Why did they remove it? So stupid of them to remove this and local restricted accounts. This was one feature i wish they kept. It was nice not having to "log people on" my computer when they wanted to use it while also protecting my computer from their stupidity. I guess it makes sense?
